At VinylHaven (HyperlinkTek), we do not accept returns for brand new, sealed items.

We take great care in grading our products accurately to ensure customer satisfaction. However, should there be a rare instance of a discrepancy due to human error, we are open to discussing return requests.

For a return to be considered, it must be initiated promptly, and the item must be returned in the exact condition as it was shipped. We ask that you use the original packaging material for the return.

Please note that VinylHaven operates both a physical store and sells across various platforms. Consequently, there may be occasions when an ordered item becomes unavailable.

In cases where a return is accepted, we will refund the full amount of the item(s), excluding shipping costs, upon receipt of the item in its original condition.
