Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS? In-Store Pickup In-store pickup is available for all products that qualify for in-store pickup. Pickups are available before 3pm every day. Please arrive for pickup at the exact time discussed. Please do not be late, or you will have to come the next day. Items will not be indefinitely reserved for you and will be put back into our online store and offered to other customers if you fail to pick up items or make the payment.

Shipping Fees We offer shipping at the following rates:

  • Standard International Shipping: Calculated at Checkout
  • Standard Gujarat And Maharashtra Shipping: Calculated at Checkout
  • Rest Of India Shipping: Calculated at Checkout

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information, please refer to our Terms.

Once you place an order, we will try to fulfill the order within 24 hours. After fulfillment, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Please go to our courier's website to track your package.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY? We offer international shipping to most countries. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to the following countries:

  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Central African Republic
  • South Africa
  • Pakistan

Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

For information about customs processes: Please note that the customer will be solely responsible for clearing the goods from customs. We do not provide any support in doing so. Please contact your local post office for assistance with clearing packages.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries, and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED? If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
